Woman Choked by Attacker on East County Trail

A woman out for her morning walk on a hillside trail in unincorporated El Cajon was attacked by an unknown man who wrapped a rope around her neck, nearly rendering her unconscious. NBC 7’s Astrid Solorzano reports.
