Woman Arrested in Double Murder Goes Free

The woman arrested for killing her boyfriend and son on the Barona Indian Reservation is a free woman Friday. Elaina Welch was released from jail Thursday night after the San Diego District Attorney’s office did not file charges. NBC 7’s Steven Luke has teh latest twist in the case.
