School District's Cafeteria Fund Practices in Question

An expanded audit by the California Department of Education is raising questions about the school district’s cafeteria funds. A letter from the state alleges the cafeteria funds practices were not in compliance with federal and state regulations and were used to pay custodial and administrative salaries.
