Will a New Jury Be Able to Convict Jodi Arias?

A judge declared a mistrial in the penalty phase of the Jodi Arias case, meaning a new jury will now have to step in to decide whether Arias should be sentenced to life in prison or death for the murder of her ex-boyfriend, Travis Alexander. NBC 7’s Dave Summers reports.
