Politically Speaking: Expecting El Nino

As forecasters predict a strong El Nino, preparations are already underway. San Diego City lifeguards are receiving extra training for quick water rescues. NBC 7’s Wendy Fry is joined by County supervisor Greg Cox and San Diego Lifeguard Sergeant Ed Harris, a former city councilman, to discuss what the county and city are doing during Disaster Preparedness Month.
