Politically Speaking: Working the Beltway

150 people, 5 mayors and a delegation from Tijuana and Baja California are heading to Washington D.C. Their objective is to impress upon lawmakers and federal agency leaders the importance of making sure this region and Baja California are high priorities in terms of funding and policy making.
