Water Main Break Floods Streets, Apt. Complex in Southbay

An early morning water main break in National City flooded streets and an apartment complex on Sunday morning. The break occurred in the 1400 block of South 45th Street at about 5:30 a.m. NBC 7’s Diana Guevara reports.
