Water Main Break Floods San Marcos

A water pipe ruptured and sent water flowing through a San Marcos neighborhood Monday afternoon. Utility crews shut off the water just in the nick of time before it started flooding homes. NBC 7’s Diana Guevara explains what happened and what time neighbors can expect the water turned back on.
