Voters to Decide on Minimum Wage Hike

On Monday, San Diego City Council voted unanimously to ask voters to decide on a minimum wage increase. Council had approved the wage hike, but a signature drive by the opposition was successful and they had to reconsider. NBC 7’s Artie Ojeda has reaction from all sides.
