Voters Defeat Barrio Logan Plan

Opponents of the hotly debated Barrio Logan community plan are celebrating after about 60 percent of voters voted “no” on Props B and C. City Councilman David Alvarez, a chief supporter of the plan, says the opposition had more money and used it to mislead voters. NBC 7’s Greg Bledsoe reports.
