Vista Suspect Released 5 Hours Prior to Shooting

NBC 7’s Omari Fleming reports on startling new details NBC 7 has uncovered in a triple death investigation in Vista. Investigators now say a man suspected of shooting and killing his ex-girlfriend and her brother    before turning the gun on himself had been released from deputies’ custody just five hours before the shootings.
