Jogger Finds Dead Man Near Roadway

A jogger found the body of a dead man off the side of Heritage Road in Chula Vista on Aug. 27, 2015. The man’s cause of death was not apparent, so police launched an investigation into the case. NBC 7’s Vanessa Herrera reports.
