Volunteers Prepare 9/11 Memorial Outside City Hall in El Cajon

On the 15th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, volunteers gather outside of city hall in El Cajon and place 2,977 American Flags on the ground to pay tribute to those who lost their lives. NBC 7’s Vanessa Herrera has more.
