Answers Sought in SeaWorld Skytower Glitch

Some are questioning why SeaWorld didn’t have firefighters rescue the people stranded atop the Skytower ride. As NBC 7’s Vanessa Herrera reports, there was a clear reason why firefighters didn’t perform an emergency rescue.
