After more than 100-thousand gallons spilled off the coast of Santa Barbara, wildlife are heavily affected. NBC 7’s Vanessa Herrera took a tour of the Oiled Wildlife Care Network at Sea World San Diego and talked to them about how they’re prepared to help.
