Man Burned in Boat Explosion in Valencia Park

Raw video of the aftermath of an explosion in a man’s yard in Valencia Park. As the man worked on a boat, an explosion and fire erupted. The man caught fire but survived. His neighbor told NBC 7 he saw the victim, covered in flames, running away from the yard.
