Hospitals Accused of Unnecessary C-Sections

Delivering a baby by C-section when it is not necessary can pose a health risk to a mother and baby. But “Consumer Reports” magazine found many hospitals in the United States perform more C-sections than they should. NBC 7’s Consumer Bob reports.
