Family of Woman Killed by Falling Tree Sue City

San Diego musician Nicki Carano was killed in January 2016 when a tree fell during a powerful El Nino storm and slammed into her car in Pacific Beach. Now, her family has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the City of San Diego.
