Teen Sexually Assaulted on Public Bus

National City police have arrested a man accused of sexually assaulting a teenage girl on her way to school. As NBC 7’s Vanessa Herrera explains, the girl told police that the man boarded the MTS bus, sat down next to her and started touching her.
