Sweeping for Sex Offenders

“Operation Watchdog,” a countywide sweep by SAFE Task Force to locate registered sex offenders in San Diego, knocked on the doors of 1,012 offenders’ doors Wednesday. Investigations have opened on the 61 who failed to meet compliance.
