Man Finds Hit-and-Run Suspect, Waiting for PD

A South Bay man believes he tracked down the hit-and-run driver who damaged his cars, but after reporting the suspect a week ago, he is still waiting for San Diego Police to come investigate the case. NBC 7’s Steven Luke reports.
