Accomplice in 2007 Killing by City Heights Donut Shop Sentenced to Probation

The man accused of being an accomplice in the 2007 homicide case that killed a man outside a City Heights donut shop was sentenced only to probation. A San Diego judge said he took a “big risk” by cooperating with authorities. NBC 7’s Steven Luke reports.
