Police Search for Prowler Peeking Through Windows of Hillcrest Homes

Hillcrest resident Mahesh Pandey laid traps around his home so that he would be alerted if the prowler returned. The traps worked, and Pandey told NBC 7’s Artie Ojeda what he did when he heard him come back.
