Residents Complain of Stench Lingering in Imperial Beach

Investigators found that the source of the stench was a sewage spill in Mexico, and discovered that the Mexican water authority actually diverted sewage to the Tijuana River while repairing a pipe. NBC 7’s Steven Luke has more.
