City Council Approves Carson Stadium Plan

The Carson City Council voted unanimously to approve the Chargers-Raiders joint stadium. This vote by the three-member council means the project can move forward without a public vote later this year, even though very little is known about the project. NBC 7’s Steven Luke reports.
