3-Year-Old With Autism Hit by Car in Spring Valley

A 3-year-old boy with autism was struck by a neighbor’s car in Spring Valley. The little boy is in the hospital, where he will undergo surgery to reconstruct his foot. NBC 7’s Astrid Solorzano speaks with the boy’s mother.
