South Bay Community Rebuilds Police Station

The Southern Division Police Substation has been a source of pride for officers like Carlos Lacarra, but after 20 years of wear and tear, the substation needed renovations. Several South Bay businesses donated appliances, electronics and time to help spruce the station up. Diana Guevara spoke to the substation’s captain, Miguel Rosario.
