UCSD Medical Center's Smallest Baby Headed Home

Six months ago, Alexis Clarke was born at UCSD Medical Center at just 25 weeks. Weighing a mere 11 ounces, Alexis is the smallest baby ever born at the medical center. These days, she’s bigger and healthier, and hopefully headed home soon. NBC 7’s Greg Bledsoe shares her story of survival.
