Pianist to Lead ‘SilentHike' Up Cowles Mountain

Composer and pianist Murray Hidary created a concept called “SilentHike” that revolves around self-reflection and mindfulness. He’s been taking the hikes across the country and, this Sunday, he will bring the event to Cowles Mountain in San Diego.
