Shipyard Targeted in NCIS Case: Sources

William Calvin Lanum, 48, works as a foreman for a private company at a shipyard at Naval Base San Diego, his neighbors told NBC 7 San Diego. Sources say he’s the target in a Navy investigation regarding theft of supplies. NBC 7’s Tony Shin reports.
