“Secret Santa” Helps Police Give $100 Bills

Thanks to a $10,000 donation from an anonymous donor known as “Secret Santa,” the Escondido Police Department has been handing out $100 bills to residents in need of a little help this holiday season. Here, Officer Mario Sainz spreads the cheer and good fortune.
