Second Case Against Pension Measure Fails

A lawsuit filed by lesser-known mayoral candidate Hud Collins was denied Wednesday, Mark Mullen reports. Collins’ provision claimed that the Comprehensive Pension Reform initiative required more formality, discussion and deliberation than the iniative process would have allowed.
