2nd Kidnap Attempt Reported at School

A man tried to kidnap a student last month at San Ysidro High School, and the principal says he’s come back since then. Now, parents are walking the perimeter of the school every morning and night, looking for a blue van with Baja California plates. NBC 7’s Wendy Fry reports.
