NCIS Alerted to Previous Allegations Concerning Accused Navy SEAL

NBC 7’s Omari Fleming reports that the San Diego Police Department confirmed Wednesday they did investigate a 2014 case involving Petty Officer 1st Class Seerden. That case was turned over to NCIS.
