SDSU Student Found Dead at Phi Kappa Theta Fraternity

SDSU police responded to a call at 8:30 a.m. Friday to the Phi Kappa Theta fraternity house on campus where a male student was found unresponsive. NBC 7’s Chris Chan spoke with SDSU spokesperson Gina Jacobs.
