Chief: Points for Drug Busts Program Not Authorized

 SDPD Chief David Nisleit is just two weeks in on the job and he’s faced with the first controversy – an email sent to 90 officers in the Souhtern Division outlining an incentive program to improve the number of narcotics arrests within the department.
