SDPD Sergeant Suing After Racial Cartoon Shown in Class

A San Diego police sergeant is suing the department for racial discrimination. He said it all started after he spoke out against the use of a racial cartoon in training classes. NBC 7’s Liberty Zabala spoke to a fellow officer in that class.
