Chief ID's SDPD Officers Shot in Southcrest

SDPD Chief Shelley Zimmerman has identified the two officers shot in Southcrest: 16-year veteran Jonathan “JD” De Guzman and 9-year veteran Wade Irwin. De Guzman died in the shooting; Irwin is hospitalized.
