SDGE Reports Increased Earnings, Despite Wildfire Devastation

SDGE posted 431 million dollars in earnings last year according to Sempra Energy. Consumer Advocate Michael Shames told Steven Luke it reflects negatively on the company because customers are paying more than they need to.
