SD Explained: SANDAG's $204B Transit, Construction Plan

Friday, the San Diego Association of Governments will vote on final approval of its plan for $204 billion worth of mass transit and construction projects. The agency soon may also push for a sales tax increase ballot in 2016. NBC 7’s Monica Dean and Voice of San Diego’s Scott Lewis explain who SANDAG is and what is on its agenda.
