Recovery Center Opened at San Marcos Library Branch

At about 7 a.m. Saturday, the Recovery Liaison Office opened at the San Marcos County Library to help anyone displaced by the fire or in need of information. The library is located at 2 Civic Center Drive. NBC 7’s Sherene Tagharobi has more on what the center will offer.
