City to Spend More on Tree Service

The city of San Diego is ramping up its tree-trimming efforts after several people suffered serious injuries from falling trees and limbs. Five major outside contracts are scheduled to be awarded over the next few weeks and months. NBC 7’s Gene Cubbison has more.
