Local Federal Contractors Return to Work

Thousands of furloughed federal employees returned to work Thursday after the 16-day government shutdown. In San Diego, SPAWAR employees returned to work, and spoke with NBC 7’s Lea Sutton about how they’ve been personally and professionally impacted by the shutdown.
