13-Year-Old Boy Injured in San Marcos Hit and Run

A 13-year-old boy was airlifted to Rady Children’s Hospital after being run over by a truck while riding his bicycle on Monday night near the intersection of Capalina road and Hollenbeck road. The boy is being treated for non life-threatening injuries. NBC 7’s Vanessa Herrera has the story.
