San Diego Lifeguards Hoped to Help in Texas

The San Diego lifeguards’ union sent a letter to the Mayor and Governor of Texas apologizing for not helping with the hurricane. However, the SDFD chief has since criticized the Union Leader for making false claims. NBC 7’s Elena Gomez has more.
