San Diegans Weigh In on Min. Wage Proposal

On Wednesday, more than 100 people on both sides of the minimum wage issue packed City Council. The proposal would raise minimum wage to $13.09 an hour over three years and give workers five earned paid sick days. NBC 7’s Elena Gomez explains where the proposal goes from here.
