Runner With Cerebral Palsy to Start Half Marathon at 3AM

Jamie Watts has cerebral palsy, but it’s not slowing her down. She plans to run the Rock ‘n’ Roll San Diego Half-Marathon on June 4 — with a little bit of a head start, and a whole lot of support.
