Officer De Guzman, Irwin and Others Honored at San Diego Police Department Recognition Ceremony

Officer Wade Irwin, injured in a July shooting that took the life of his partner, Jonathan De Guzman, was awarded the Medal of Valor for his outstanding acts of bravery during the incident and a Purple Heart for the injuries he sustained. NBC 7’s Rory Devine has more.
