Registered Sex Offender Barred from Child's Campus Sues School District

The man, a registered sex offender, is not allowed on campus of his child’s school in the Grossmont Union School District, and he says that it interferes with his right to take part in his child’s education. NBC 7’s Rory Devine has more.
