Single Faucet at Grapevine Elementary School in Vista Tests Positive for Lead

The faucet was once used for food preparation in a kitchen area before it tested positive for lead. NBC 7’s Rory Devine visited the school and saw how staff is making sure not to use tainted water from the faucet.
